Hyros Certified Agency & Implementation
Hyros Implementation
LGG Media has held Hyros certified agency status since 2019, is listed on hyros.com/certified, and has three Google-published case studies naming the agency behind the results. Six years of integration work across nine verticals.
LGG Media and Hyros
We are a Hyros certified agency, listed on hyros.com/certified since 2019, part of the earliest cohort Hyros certified. We build every integration required to make Hyros attribution accurate.
Documented accuracy across active accounts runs from 86% to 93%. The low end is a four-month-old auto transport startup. The high end is a national health insurance brokerage (92%) and a national moving company (93%), both above $100K per month in spend.
We have implemented Hyros across health insurance, immigration law, automotive finance, BNPL ecommerce, home services, moving and relocation, direct response, and omnichannel retail. The minimum fit threshold is $30K per month in paid ad spend.
What we build on Hyros
- CRM connections that push closed-won events from Salesforce and other systems to Hyros.
- Proprietary phone tracking with 500+ numbers and Google whitelist authorization for gclid capture from call extensions.
- Payment and ERP integrations that pass actual collected revenue as the conversion value.
- Lightspeed POS integrations for in-store attribution in restricted retail categories.
What Hyros Is
Hyros is a first-party ad attribution platform. It captures click IDs from Google, Meta, and Microsoft the moment a visitor submits any first-party data, then stores the full session history per lead.
When revenue comes in later, it syncs that revenue back to the originating ad through the offline conversion API. Businesses running $30K or more per month use it to train algorithms on collected revenue instead of form fills.
Founded by Alex Becker, it was built for advertisers with complex, multi-step funnels, where the conversion that matters happens days or weeks after the click. Native Google and Meta tracking does not capture those downstream events accurately. Hyros does. How click ID capture works →
Hyros at a glance
- First-party attribution, no reliance on platform-modeled data.
- Captures gclid, fbclid, and msclkid per visitor session.
- Stores complete click history per lead record.
- Syncs downstream revenue to Google and Meta via offline conversion API.
- Integrates with CRM, phone tracking, payment processors, ERP, and POS.
- Minimum viable fit: $30K per month in paid ad spend. See full Hyros pricing.
How Hyros Works
Every visitor session on a tracked site creates a click record. For paid traffic, that record includes the platform click ID: gclid, fbclid, or msclkid.
When the visitor submits first-party data, a form, phone number, or email, Hyros creates a lead record and attaches every click ID from every prior session.
That stored click ID makes offline sync possible. When we post a revenue event to the Hyros API, Hyros matches it to the lead record and tells the platform: this click, from this ad, produced this revenue. The algorithm receives a verified outcome, not a modeled estimate.
What Hyros captures per click
- Full session click history per visitor.
- Google (gclid), Meta (fbclid), and Microsoft (msclkid) click IDs.
- First-party form, phone, and email submissions.
- Lead record created at the point of conversion.
- Downstream revenue events appended via API and synced back to the ad platforms.
What We Build on Top of Hyros
Hyros is the tracking and storage layer. We use its API to append downstream events after the first conversion. We build every integration, with no client development team required.
CRM integration
We connect the CRM to Hyros by API and push lead-stage events back to the record. Closed-won events sync to the ad platforms as the conversion signal, instead of form fills.
Phone tracking integration
We append inbound calls, duration, and outcomes to the lead record. Our proprietary system uses 500+ numbers with device fingerprinting and Google whitelist authorization for gclid capture from call extensions. Call attribution →
Payment & merchant integration
We append real transaction events with revenue values, so the algorithm receives actual dollars collected. Where data is non-standard, we build a deduplication and normalization layer first. Payload structure →
ERP & POS integration
For complex revenue structures, combined product margin plus financing commission, or loyalty-ID matching for in-store attribution, we build the ERP and POS integrations that pass the correct profit or revenue figure to Hyros.
Attribution Accuracy Benchmarks
The goal for every deployment is to reach 70% of revenue tracked back to a click source within the first weeks, then push above 85% over the following months. Revenue with no click source does not count toward the Hyros billing tier and cannot be used for bidding.
Deployment goal
Revenue tracked to a click source at the lead-capture level before Hyros-driven bidding is enabled.
Across active accounts
Documented tracked-revenue accuracy on a national moving company at sustained spend above $100K per month.
Every active deployment
From a four-month-old auto transport startup (86%) to national health insurance (92%) and moving (93%).
Why it matters: no click source means the revenue is not counted toward the billing tier and cannot be used for bidding decisions.
How Real Revenue Data Changes Bidding
Standard tracking trains the algorithm on form fills and page events with no link to revenue. When downstream revenue syncs through Hyros, it trains on real commercial value instead, a collected payment, a signed retainer, a booked appointment that showed up.
National Health Insurance
Proprietary phone tracking with Google-whitelisted gclid capture, passing enrolled premiums as dynamic conversion values. Scaled from $5K to $130K per day.
Read Case StudyNational BNPL Ecommerce
ERP integration passing combined product margin plus financing commission as the conversion value. An account at a net loss became 130% profit ROAS at 4x spend.
Read Case StudyNational Immigration Law
Salesforce integration pushing signed-retainer events to Google as offline conversions. The algorithm shifted from inquiry submitters to clients who signed $5K retainers.

Standard pixels fire inconsistently where platform policies restrict conversion tracking. Hyros works through first-party data, so it is far more durable. In the omnichannel retail engagement, Hyros plus device fingerprinting and Lightspeed POS matching produced $340K per month in attributed in-store revenue that had been invisible before.

Already running Hyros but not hitting benchmarks?
It is almost always one of two things: total revenue in Hyros does not reconcile with actual business revenue, or the account is not near the 70% threshold. Both are solvable with a gap analysis. The gap analysis process →

We manage data hygiene and, in most engagements, media buying, attribution and campaigns under one relationship.
Hyros vs Native Ad Platform Tracking
Across LGG Media's tested implementations, Hyros reached 86–93% tracked revenue attribution, well above what native Google and Meta tracking captures on its own. Tracked attribution percentage determines how accurately budget can be allocated, which is why it is the number that matters most when comparing attribution approaches.
| Metric | Google / Meta Native | Hyros (LGG Media) |
|---|---|---|
| Attribution model | Platform-modeled, self-reported | Click-ID matched, first-party |
| Attribution window | Fixed windows: Google 90 days from click, Meta 7 days. Conversions after the window are missed | No fixed window. Conversions tie to the first click whenever they happen |
| Offline conversion sync | Limited, separate setup | Full API sync to Google & Meta |
| CRM / phone integration | Manual exports only | Custom API, any system |
| Revenue attribution accuracy | Varies, platform-modeled | 86 to 93% tracked to click |
| Restricted-industry durability | Breaks with pixel limits | First-party, more durable |

Common Questions About Hyros
What is Hyros?
Hyros is a first-party ad attribution platform that ties real revenue back to the exact ad that produced it.
- Captures the click ID (gclid, fbclid, msclkid) the moment a visitor submits a form, call, or email
- Stores the full session click history per lead
- Syncs downstream revenue events back to Google and Meta via offline conversion API
- Used by advertisers at $30K+/month to train bidding on collected revenue, not form fills
How does Hyros track offline conversions?
It links a stored click ID to the revenue event that happens later in your CRM, phone system, or payment processor.
- Captures and stores the click ID when a visitor first submits first-party data
- When a deal closes downstream, LGG Media posts that revenue event to the Hyros API
- Hyros appends it to the lead record and syncs it back as an offline conversion tied to the original click
Is Hyros worth it?
For advertisers spending $30K+/month with a defined offline conversion event, yes. Below that, usually not.
- Strong fit: $30K+/month spend with a payment collected, retainer signed, or enrollment completed
- Below $30K/month it rarely pays back unless average transaction value tops $10K with a sub-two-week sales cycle
- Ecommerce is the exception: strong native integrations and a lower fit threshold
